Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. All ready-to-ship items will go out within three days, made to order items will be shipped after the stated completion time. Romantic Cowgirl is not responsible for duties and taxes that may apply once entering a destination country. Romantic Cowgirl will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package has been shipped, Romantic Cowgirl is also not responsible for delays caused by severe or adverse weather conditions, or the process for customs clearance. You are required to sign for all deliveries by registered mail and couriers if requested. If for some reason couriers or registered mail are unable to deliver a package due to you supplying an incorrect address, or due to your refusal to pay duties, or due to multiple failed delivery attempts, Romantic Cowgirl is not responsible for the payment of return shipping costs, you are responsible for all shipping costs that are associated with returned packages. Please always make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination for the scheduled delivery slot.

Returns

I make all of our jewelry pieces by hand therefore Im currently only accepting items for exchange or store credit. Western wear is all cherished and collected over the years, it all shows beautiful signs of life so its not returnable.
